This is insurance offered by us for hatching eggs. If your eggs arrive 7+ days late or are lost due to shipping negligence we will replace the order.
This insurance only applies to lost or delayed hatching egg orders and is not a hatch rate guarantee.
No refunds as this is a completely optional add-on.
